How to contribute adding a new localization?

Hello! How can I contribute adding Kazakh localization to Discord? I have some experience in translating videogames (Minecraft and some indie-game fan localizations), so it's not so hard to me to translate computer programs. Of course, it's all for free. If you consider my suggestion, I could arrange a translators team.
