Green circle when someone else is talking
So I don't know how this started happening, maybe because I unplugged all my cables to my computer, but every time someone's talking, my green circle lights up. I'm not talking and I know that it's not background noise. When someone talks it lights up, when they stop the green circle stops. I unplugged my mic and it still does the same thing. They can hear me, but it's just annoying because it gets confusing when someone's talking. Obviously I use headphones, too.

Have you checked to see if 'Advanced Voice Activity' is turned on? It seemed to make me turn green for every sound even if the others could not hear it on their side. Turning it off fixed the problem.

I have been fighting the same exact issues when using the discord app on a chromebook. I can adjust settings so that it limits background noise for a short time and then for no apparent reason it happens again an hour later. I have tried changing options that my friends have and on my app I don't even have the same options. It's been the most frustrating experience trying to make it work over the past 9 months....
