Suggestion: Do not disturb override for certain friends

I thought it would be cool to have a "Override Do Not Disturb" toggle when you look at a friend's profile.

For example, sometimes I don't want to be pinged unless it's from a certain person or maybe a couple of people. When I check their profile, there is a "Override Do Not Disturb" toggle which will allow discord to ping me if that user messages me even if I'm on Do Not Disturb,
