Change volume of players while ingame

I would like to have a way to change the volume of people in the channel while I am in the game.
It would be important to realize this via macro / shortcut keys. For example F1...F10 and "+" or "-".
The volume could be adjusted without leaving the game or in tricky situations you could turn down the volume of the players.
