Failed Messages & Failed Message Loading
The messages on my and a few of my other friends is not loading the messages are failing to go through and old/previous messages aren't showing up either, new messages aren't showing up as well or taking a while to load.

there are also problems with sending.
If you press Enter you will send the message. And if you then press shift + Enter you will get a new line. But if you want to send the message (with enter) you will get a new line and you can no longer type. Then you first have to reload the website, and with the app you have to do force quit.0 -

I've been having this problem too and it seems there's no way to actually fix it. Its a bit inconvenient when my friends DM me something and I cant read it :/

Yeah, I'm dealing with this and it's 5/4/21 so I'm kinda bummed knowing there hasn't been a fix for this problem.

Use a VPN and open in a browser, then open the app and it should be fixed, you can then disable the VPN and use it normally. to my knowledge discord is picking up false overflows in the API and is temporarily blocking your IP from their servers. thats why using a VPN works
