(Suggestion) See when people are talking in a voicechat.

My idea is when you hover your mouse over a voice channel you will start to see when someone is talking in the channel (the green circle around the profile icon). Sometimes I would just like to see if there are active people in the voice chat or not. In my opinion it would be a nice quality of life thing.
