Need Gateway Intent (Unable to get in touch with support)

I've been unable to get in touch with support for weeks. They've been ignoring me (closing all my requests without giving me any kind of reply) so I'm asking for help here.

I had thought I already verified my Discord bot. But now functions of it have stopped working due to the intents not being enabled. And I can't enable them, because apparently my bot wasn't whitelisted. It stopped working about 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for weeks. Please help!

I need the Server Members intent.

The bot is a scheduling bot and needs to know who is in the server so that it can know which server a signed in user is part of, which events they can sign up for based on role, and display a list of available members.

    I had the same problem, I have been waiting for SUPPORT to solve for almost three months and so far I have had no solution.
