Discord Support Problems

Ive had discord for many years mostly use it to play with my friends when i suddenly get logged out. I tried to log in it said account disabled check your email. I got an email with little to no information. Contacted support support responded check the email you got with no information. I try not to spam the support but every time i send a ticket i get an response from a bot. Im not even able to delete my account because its always a bot responding need help. What should i do

    What exactly is problem? Has your account been banned by Discord? Or do you want to delete your account?

    The problem is both 1. I cant get in contact with them always bot answering 2. I want to know why my account got disabled 3. I either want it restored or deleted

    If you try to log in to your account, the following message appears: "This account has been disabled. Please check your e-mail."

    It means your account has been disabled for violating Discord's rules.

    If you are sure that your account has been disabled, a message titled 'Account Disabled' will be sent to your e-mail address. In the incoming message, below, there is a reason why you are disabled.

    • Here is an 'Account Disabled' email sent by Discord.

    Discord accounts banned for violation of the rules will be automatically anonymous and deleted within 15-30 days.

    Its been 32 days my account isnt deleted or got any good response why. I wanna use my phone number to my new account aswell but it wont let me
