Voice notes!

Add voice notes to discord chat for pc and mobile, we could press a button right next the + or the emoji/gif that would allow us to record a short voice message and then send it to chat, and allow us to replay it as many times.

  I wanted to suggest the same thing. It could be used in funny and useful ways!
  To make a voice note currently  is just way to complicated, you have to open a record software, export and import the audio file upload it and im not gonna start talking about mobile.
