Changing the color of texts

Saw this in a tweet. https://twitter.com/bl0ss0mDance/status/1328052602332991495?s=20 . I agree we should be able to change the color of our texts, both in server and dm. Without having to do special coding or looking it up. It should be a paint palette in the bottom right of the message box (next to gift) where we pick a color and begin typing in it.

  I definitely would want to be able to color certain words. This can help make announcements and rules channels more fun!
