OVERLAY NOT WORKING WITH FORTNITE

When I run fortnite with discord calls, my mic doesnt work or people hear me with a LOT of delay. 

This problem started a few days ago. I always play with discord on and never had problems with it until now. 

I've tried everything. Change discord settings, reinstall it, run as admin, everything.

  Make sure discord is up to date and that the overlay is turned on before you launch it. If you are using a third party application to enhance game performance, that may be interfering with overlay and game activity settings.

  im guessing its fine by now but try to reinstall  fortnite
