Set ToS to at least age 10

I made very good friends on discord that are underage for ToS and THEY GOT BANNED FOR JUST BEING THEMSELVES, THE WERE VERY KIND HARTED!!!

    How does discord actually know if people are actually ten or actually adult and how do they know if people have geniune parental permission? You can't collect data about children, doesn't matter if parents allow them to use the platform. They'll need to turn it into a kids app thats tighly monitored and which ruins the platform. and sure you might think why not do like google did; theres a thing that you kids can't coprehend at 10, business, discord is foremost a company and it needs money to make something like google has. They could use google's technology but at that point why not just be bought by google instead?
