Option to hide past messages to new member since joined time / date

An option to hide past messages to new members, the current "read message history" permission hides everything every time you restart the app,

need an option to hide past messages since the time / date a new member is joined, like how it works in instant messaging applications like WhatsApp, Telegram etc
