New payment Method

Hello, I'm from Chile, I think Discord should consider a new payment method in the origin country, because PayPal's politics, you should be at least 18 years old to make an account in their plataform (plus their fees are expensive), for example, in Chile there's method plataforms where you can pay in your national money and make it to USD such as ServiPag, WebPay, Flow, Pago Facil (Easy Pay), etc.
