Hey there, I've got an issue with some of the opperations of discord.

I am unable to read the right click menus for either channels or servers. So in order to mute a channel, for instance, I have to take a guess as to which submenu is the mute options. Please fix your labeling on these. Also, please fix the issue with selecting audio devices. The keystrokes that it specifies to interact with the input/output menus in the audio/video options are inaccurate, and when I do try to select one, it kicks me out. I then have to reenter the options to attempt to select again. Along with this, in some servers, some of the reaction buttons have no labels at all. This also goes for emojis. please fix the alt tags or descriptions on these emojis. NVDA can read normal ones, but it can't read me some of the ones on servers. Unsure if this is a server specific thing or discord-wide, so was just mentioning it. Thank you for reading.
