Issue with language switching in overlay

Hi all

I'm trying to set up an overlay first time and have an issue with language switching. I can type in English only even though my system has three languages: RU, EN, JP. When I chose Japanese I have English letters and when I chose Russian I have umlauts. Maybe it's related to the Genshin Impact game, but this situation is pretty strange for me. Also scaling shortcuts Ctrl +/- are not working in overlay mode. I can live without scaling but other languages are quite important for me.
