Introduce voice messages to Discord

Voice messages are the one bridge between text and voice chat that Discord is missing. It adds a whole level of communication onto Discord. The design is simple, it is already a feature on most other communication platforms.

 

-Can't voice call? Don't worry, we can send voice messages and you can type (or vice versa)

-Bad wifi but still want to talk? Voice messages have your back
