Discord Feature / Option Suggestion

Hello,

I have a suggestion that might be interesting for some of the server owners and i'm not sure where to talk about it, So please Forgive me if it wasn't the right place to talk about it but anyway the suggestion is:

Adding a new feature/option in the future, which allows server owners to give a specific permission to a specific user with the same role name as others and without creating a new role for that person and also without the other users getting that permission?

Like for example, user1, user2, user3 and user4 have a role called " VIP ", i wanna be able to give an extra specific permission to user1 like him being able to move his friends to his (locked) private room on the " VIP " Role without user2, user3 and user4 being able to do the same and without creating a new role for user1.

What's your thoughts on this?

Bare with me guys explaining about the idea is a lil too hard but i hope u get what i mean about the suggestion :)
