Suggestion for nitro users/boosted servers

On servers that allow it, it would be pretty sweet to let nitro users and/or boosted servers to give certain roles/people small audio clips that could play when they join a voice channel. Heavily regulated so it couldn't be abused by spamming in/out of channels and only on servers that allow it.
