Notification volume

PLEASE make it so that we can change the volume of notifications other than on/off. I don't want to turn off notifications, but when I get a call, its so suddenly ear-blaringly loud and usually scares the crap out of me. I also have a problem with echoing (not to do with discord, my mic is just bad) so my friends have to deal with my problem, too. This seems like an easy thing to implement, and I've heard people talk about this for a long time, so why can't we have it?

    3 years and this still hasn't been implemented. It's an incredibly basic feature, too. There's no excuse for this.
