[Feature Request] React (or reply) to reactions

I think it would be convenient to be able to react to reactions people have put on your message. For example, if I'm correct about something, sometimes the person I'm talking to reacts to my message with a checkmark or circle emoji. I would want to respond :rooAww: to this to express that I am glad they acknowledged my being correct, but if I respond in a separate message, people might not know I'm responding to the reaction, and if I respond as a reaction to my own post, it would be weird because who reacts to their own post.

This might sound like a useless feature, but there currently isn't an alternative, unless they react as a separate message, then allowing me to react to their reaction.

An alternative could be to allow replying to reactions as though they were messages. This way you could also ask people about what they meant by a reaction more concisely, etc.
