When announcements are published and you read them, they should automatically be marked unread in other servers that follow that channel

Whenever an announcement channel publishes an announcement, it's a bit frustrating that I have several other channels showing the same unread indicators.  It's a new message that I've already seen so I'd prefer not to have to manually mark each one unread.

Muting the channels isn't always an option because some channels that follow others include more than just those published messages.
