Get special notifications for chosen channels

I want to be able to pick certain channels (for example one I asked a question in) so that I'll be notified more vigorously if someone responds in that channel, or so that I can mute the rest of the guild with one click and only receive notifications from the channels I selected.

I should note that I'm pretty new to Discord so if there is a way to do this I will delete my suggestion and throw my PC in a volcano.

    Each channel has Notification Settings and Mute option, so you can manage your notification to define what do you want to recive. You can also mute categories.
