If I got it right, your emoji list doesn't remember the fact that you used the ✅ emoji and you don't always want to type the name in the search bar, right?

Have you ever tried completely uninstalling Discord and then reinstalling Discord?

Otherwise, you can just write in your text as follows:
"The check emoji is listed first when I type :white."

    Edit:
I can't write you DM's on Discord. Otherwise I would have already done this.

Oh so that was you adding me in discord, alright, sorry i ignored it, i didn't know you are from this thread reply. I was just being extra cautious with adding anyone. I thought we can dm without adding friends.

Oh i forgot to mention that the ✅emoji is frequently used on reaction, not on the text itself.

yes, I also tried complete uninstall and reinstall Discord. Even to the extent of deleting Discord folder in %appdata%, all 3 folders, Local, LocalLow and Roaming.

    Disable Discord auto-run
    - Through Windows settings
    - Ctrl + Shift + Esc -> Startup tab -> Discord and click Disable

    - Through Discord settings
    - User Settings -> Windows Settings -> Startup Behavior and turn off Open Discord

    Uninstall Discord from PC
    - Open Start -> Settings -> System -> Apps & Features -> Discord -> Uninstall
    - Open the Explorer. You need the View tab (top), or more precisely, its Settings
    - In the window that appears, in the View tab, select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives option.
    - C:\Username\AppData\Roaming and delete all discord folders (discord, discordptb, discordcanary)
    - C:\Username\AppData\Local and delete all discord folders (Discord, DiscordPTB, DiscordCanary)

    Remove Discord from the registry
    - Win + R, type regedit
    - create a backup of the registry. Select File > Export > Entire Registry. Save in location, with filename and .reg format
    - Ctrl + F, type Discord
    - Delete found items. Right-click the context menu on the selected item, select Delete, and confirm. Then use the F3 key to move to the next item in the registry associated with Discord and repeat the deletion process until all of them are gone (a message “Search Registry is completed” will appear)

    ---
That should be all, if it doesn't work then I recommend you to use another version of Discord.

PS .: If you have several versions of Discord, e.g. Discord and DiscordPTB, make sure you've done the process once for each version. Then you should definitely be on the safe side.

I have already done all above. It still doesnt work. Last resort would be reformat windows 10, which I really try to avoid. One thing that i just notice that, I have discord app on iOS 14, it still doesn't work on that platform. Weird.
