Adding notes to someone ends up sending a message instead.

I've got a friend called @Mateus#xxxx and I wanna add a note to his profile.

If i click "Add note", write anything and press enter, this happens:

That happens because when I type anything after selecting Add note, it doesn't select "Click to add a note" automatically.

It selects "Message @Mateus#XXXX".

Can you please fix this, so if I select "Add note" it automatically highlights/focuses the "Click to add a note" thing?

    To add to this, previous notes don't seem to be visible anymore as well. This could just be my own ignorance but we'll have to see if anyone else notices this
    EDIT: I was dumb and had streamer mode on.

    Yes Discord, i try leaving a note that someone was unpleasant and instead i just message them "this person is rude". makes no sense. Please fix.
