Feature Suggestion - Priority Message Notifications

I would love to have a feature on discord where no matter what you can be messaged by a selected person/people.

It would be really helpful i think for users who get a lot of private messages from users and don't want to wonder if one of their close friends or someone they always wanted to be contacted by could contact then and be heard at any time.

You should be able to select certain users that are set at priority and if you were on do not disturb then it bypasses that and you get the notification. I would also say a status should exist for absolute do not disturb when you don't want to have any notifications at all, like how do not disturb works currently, say for no distractions or for a work meeting.

I think this would be a really great feature to add and wouldn't be too big to cause a big hassle or anything.
