Notifications on desktop should persist somewhere, like on mobile, and show server name

When getting message notifications on mobile, it shows the server name along with the channel name and poster, and persists in mobile notifications dropdown.

But on desktop, if there are notifications, not only does the server name not show, which makes it unsure where to go if you're following multiple servers, but there seems to be no way to view what notification(s) just popped up.

So that would be nice!

Specifically, there should be a place to view recent notifications, in order, so it's possible to view notifications that just popped up, and where to view them.

Seems like the inbox would be it, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't show for example the immediate last several notifications, if chat is going off. It would be nice to see. Just relying on those markers for unread messages on servers doesn't help much; I have a habit of having several unread messages across multiple servers, and I bet I'm not the only one!

    There's another thread about the annoying phantom beeps. We know they don't care about the desktop users since they still don't have an app that doesn't get stuck on updating itself all the time.  And we know they don't care about this forum by the fact that the graphics links are dead here!
