mute/deafen button

So I accedentally found a bug with the mute/deafen button, when you spam either of them you can get yourselve muted/deafend but you can still talk, after like 20s it does go away. I have a screenshot of myselve deafend but I still have the green circle around my profile picture indicating I'm talking.
