Voice Chat glitch.

Sometimes when I am in a discord call, it automatically deafens me but it does not show me the symbols for deafen. I have to leave the call and join bac before it gets fixed. It is really annoying, especially when I am playing games with my friends and I cant hear their comms. It is happening to all of my friends in the server too Please look into it. Thank you.
