Discord UI needs improvement

Hello,

When somebody shares a link to a new discord server to join, I don't know where to insert it in the Discord App, I always write it at the web browser instead.

Can you create a friendly visible "Join a server" text?

Also when I receive a pop up message, I can't find it in discord.
All my discord is filled with red dots and servers and I can't find anything.

Please let us see the server name near it's picture as well, and not just when mouse hovering it. 

I also miss a lot of messages from friends, so many red dots around, I don't even know that I need to read something new.. it's all such a mess. 
Please make it much more friendly, why it's so complicated?
