Feature Request: Add ability to block or filter selected followed announcement channels

In some cases the new announcement channel following is a benefit, but in other cases it can have a negative effect. A part of the problem is the lack of choice at a user level.

In my case I have encountered the following situation. I am a member of a Discord server for ActionRPGs. This server has a channel for each game. And where possible the server's owner has added the announcements into each channel, which is mixed in with other, user generated content.

In one situation announcements arrive from a server that I have no interest in. If it was a user, I could just block that user, but since the msg comes from the server, I as a user, I have no way to block or filter out those messages. I have to mute the entire channel and ignore all of the content, both user and server. The server's owner could separate them into different channels, but then it doubles the channels and is not preferred by other users.

In the other situation, announcements arrive from a server to which I am also a member, so now I have 2 copies. In this case, I would prefer to get the announcement from the original server. But again, as a user, I have no way to block / disable a followed server msg, so I am forced to either block/mute the origin server or leave it entirely.

Finally, while I understand that server's have the ability not to enable this option. In some cases I see announcement following as a major negative factor for the followed server, as it means that less people would join their own server if they are receiving the same content via a following server. In the case of my own server, I would rather leave this feature disabled and have more users in my own server rather than in someone else's server.

My suggestion is to give users some form of ability to block/filter followed messages.
