[Feature Request] Add push to talk indicator

I switch between push to talk and voice activity modes frequently. It would be great to have some sort of visual indicator when in push to talk mode, as there have been many times where I have joined a call and forgotten I was using push to talk and then wondered what was wrong with my computer. Maybe put an icon next to your profile picture or just have the mute icon active when not pressing the hotkey.
