Add option to hide your own cam when in a call / hide the little hovering icon

Hello,

I wish there was an option to not see yourself when you're video-calling with somebody as self-concious people like me or a friend of mine get distracted by that. Even when you focus on a specific person you still can see yourself.

Maybe even an option to not see specific users would be good.
