Suggestion: Notice on Messaging a Banned* User

Short and Sweet:

When attempting to direct message a user who has been banned*, the app should indicate that the user is banned or is otherwise unavailable.

Currently, when attempting to direct message a banned user, there is no notice or other indication your messages will not be received.  This can easily lead to the misconception of being ignored, or other anxieties due to not knowing why one is not getting a reply.

* I have learned recently that this also occurs when the account is disabled, rather than banned.
