The work of the Discord command

I' ve never met the event support worse then this of the Discord command. I wasted the whole day from 10.30 to 20.00 to prepare and .take part in poster session. And now I can say, that it was lost time. Indico team gave wrong references.  Anton from the Discord command make it too. No answers on the simple questions, because team support didn't understand them. I' ve took part in more than 1500 IT and other events and can compare their preparation. This is the worst one.
