Editing Payment Method

Not sure if this would go here, but I'd like the option to Edit my payment method. When getting a new card, which has all the same numbers *except* for the expiration date and CSC - I go to try to "Add New Payment" but it tells me it's the same, when it's not. So now I wonder if, when it goes to renew my Nitro Subscription, *will it?*
