Voice chat and video streaming in server VC is really bad quality to the point that no one can understand me

I am unable to stream anything to other users via Discord VCs or talk on it on my laptop even with 150Mbps internet and fully functional mics and speakers. I have tried all troubleshooting steps with no help anyway. Please tell me what to do.
