Make the Create a Server page black to match with the rest of dark mode

Hi, the create a server page when in dark mode is a bright white pop up, which doesn't match the rest of dark mode. I feel like it would be better if the create a server was the same color as dark mode instead of being white, which feels like it should only be for light mode.
