Allow Users to choose the Keyframe used as their PFP when its not being animated

Basically, Allow the user to choose the key-frame discord uses as the profiles 'thumbnail' when its not being hovered over, instead of just using the first frame.

  Personally I think the still and animated versions should be separate entirely. Sometimes a still frame from a gif just doesn't look so nice.

  You can edit the gif and make the you want only show up for less than a frame and then continue with the rest
