Ability to speak to whole sever stops many ppl from leaving other voice apps

Hi

MISSING OPTION:
Talking to whole server, voice channels, category or voice whispering users. 

HOW ITS USED:
MMO games like Linage 2 or Life is Feudal which have events where hundreds of players are a part of massive siege fight. Need to split into the small groups with group leaders to have clear comms but group leaders need to communicate between each other. Team speak provides option to voice whisper users across channels or whisper to whole sever which helps managing big events of that sort. 
Can we please have that in discord? I would win us lots of new users!

  You need to have special rights to do it and you can turn it off and on in options. This is not my idea but option which is used for years on Team Speak.
