Voice Chat disruption improvement suggestion;
The nature of the internet means that every voice chat room with a large number of people on is going to have a proportion of users who are disruptive, off-topic, immature, rude, racist or sexist or all of the above and more.
In order to stay on topic or to stay with only conversation that is meaningful it is important to:
See at a glance who is on the channel - i.e. smaller tiles - I don't get why they're so HUGE right now! - ok I do, it's to show video when you have the 20/25 people. But any more than that and where the system doesn't allow video chat anyway, and where you have to scroll... and those big tiles are irrelevant and show automatically resize to something smaller.
The solution to disruptive users is to easily be able to distinguish who is speaking - i.e. like a glowing indicator that fades out as they stop talking. Or a way for the top talkers to come to the top.
This would help focus on the users who are talking, know who they are - but also be able to determine who one may want to personally mute.
A killer feature might be to show participants, who is muted by others, and how many people have muted that person.
It's just unusable unless you implement something like this.
In summation; Smaller tiles please when too many people for video - the tiles don't need to be so big - And,an easier way to identify speakers and mute disruptive people so we can stay on topic and have a normal conversation.
