Disable vibration for notifications inside Discord on older mobile devices

The new uptade (launched in October 2nd) has added vibrations in the notifications inside the Discord. Unfortunately, the opption to turn the vibrations off on older devices does not exist. The suggestion is to make able to control this type of vibration in older devices, making us choose if we want it on or not
