Suggestion - Open File Title shows Chat Name

Display the chat name when showing the open file dialog for sending file attachments. Since you can still access discord when you have the open dialog open. It might be useful to have it display "<Chat> - Open File" so if you open the dialog you know you're messaging the general chat, or the meme channel, or sending to a person's DMs.

Just a easy of access idea.
