Custom Install Location

I don't want Dozens of software Filling up my C Drive. I think a Custom Install Location would be an amazing feature and I'm sure Lots of others would agree.

It should work so when you Launch the Discord setup EXE File it would provide you with an option to change the Install path to a Different Drive on your Device.
