Simple Themes and Advanced Themes [Theme Customization]
You've seen it! People want more themes, more customization within it. There could be two ways of going about this. A simple editor or a complex editor, maybe even both when you enable some sort of advanced option.
For Simple Themes, we could have it so you still choose between Dark and Light but you can change the hue to any one you wish on a slider, like how Discord's Dark Theme uses Blurple and a dark blue as the background, shifting the hue slider would have it's color shift altogether as one, so if I moved it up to green, the background would be some form of a dark green while the blurple is replaced with a lighter green.
For Advanced Themes, this can lead into a lot of options, as Custom Backgrounds and changing the color of each part of menus individually, what the main light Blurple is replaced with, what the main grey is replaced with, the dark grey and the white text, having a custom sounds option too to have different ringtones, different ping noises and with Discord Nitro you can have features to implement even animated backgrounds like you do with animated profile pictures.

Why is this not being talked about more?

You can get such cool themes (like this darker dark mode I made using simply Inspect Element within the default canary client)
We should definitely have some official support for this. It's definitely needed.
