More role permissions

I really like how customizable role permissions are, but i feel like some of them need to be split up a bit. For example, permissions such as "read and see text and voice channels" should be cut up into two permissions. One only being for text channels, and one for voice channels! If you'd do this for every permission like the one I showed as an example, and maybe come up with more permissions, I'd be very excited to screw around with them!
