Feature Request: Unmutable Text Channels

I have a large community server that spans across several elements and games. I have weekly reminders from a bot for my Leaders to perform tasks that need to be performed weekly. These are centralized as to not to intrusive, but I don't want them to be muted and ignored.

I would like an option in the text chat of "Users can mute this channel" with an on/off slider.

    Bumping my post, as I still need this feature.

    If anyone has a bot to recommend that would do the same function, I'm all ears.
