My internet keeps on resetting whenever I'm in a voice call

Hi. Whenever I'm in a voice call with other people when using Discord on my desktop, my internet keeps on resetting, and it only happens when I'm in voice call. I contacted my internet provider, and they told me it is likely something going on with the servers on Discord. Is there something you guys can do about this problem?

    Hi. It's been over 2 months, and the problem still has not been resolved. Is there a way that I can prevent this from happeneing?
