About the call mechanism
I'm Japanese, so I think my English is hard to understand, sorry.
I think Discord now uses UDP (WebRTC) as the communication protocol for calls.
However, UDP is blocked by proxy servers and routers with strict restrictions (e.g., public free Wi-Fi).
Therefore, I think that adding a mode that uses the TCP protocol to Discord calls would make it even more convenient to use Discord calls in various places. (The TCP protocol has a delay, but there should be more benefits than that.)
