Enhanced Invisible Mode - VIP Friend List - Available to few

I would like to see a feature on Discord related to the INVISIBLE mode.

Would be awesome to have a "vip" list which would be able to see you online even if you set your status to INVISIBLE.

In other words, I would like to be able to choose who would be able to see me online once I'm invisible. Maybe a status called AVAILABLE TO FEW or something like that... where I could be able to pick the few that would be able to see that I'm online regardless of my invisible status.
That also could be valid do servers that I belong to.

I recall the old good times of ICQ on my Windows 3.1 where we had a feature like that... I was able to create a list of friends that would be able to see me "invisible". the ones out of that list would see me as OFFLINE.

    No idea how difficult this would be to implement, but I'd definitely love to see it happen.

    I can visualize that as you assign a role to your friends... and the online status would be propagated only to the ones with that role.

    I don't see that as as impossible feature.

    Wondering if DISCORD support even look this community area.... I saw a similar request from 2 yrs ago... not even a post saying... WE ARE NOT DOING IT... or ... we have that... in the $1000,00/m version.

    My work phone is an Android Samsung S8 from 2017. It includes a do not disturb option that turns on at midnight and turns off at 6 a.m. for me.

    During certain hours, no text messages, phone calls, or other notifications will bother me. It's a little like offline mode. It provides options for both calls and messages from, which is a feature that is pertinent in this discussion.

    None, My Contacts and My Favorite contacts are the options. These functions allow me to choose which people can wake me up while the Do Not Disturb mode in on.

    Given that my phone is now 5 years old, I'm curious as to what Discord has been up to aside offering people pretty and pretty worthless things.
